The Young Transatlantic Innovation Leaders Initiative (YTILI)

YTILI is a comprehensive program that inspires Belarusian entrepreneurs and innovators (ages 25-35) to grow their ventures and lead positive change in their home communities. If selected, finalists will have the opportunity to complete a virtual training program and a four-week internship at a U.S. organization in their industry.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Be between 25-35 years old 

  • Be a citizen of Belarus

  • Speak fluent English 

  • Have at least two years of entrepreneurial experience

  • Have your own commercial or social startup

YTILI program participants should be genuinely passionate about their business or social projects and contribute to innovative and positive change in their country. We encourage you to apply if you would like to gain professional experience, develop transatlantic connections and scale your business or social enterprise.

Applications will be accepted through the link https://ais.americancouncils.org/ytili until December 5, 2024, 18:00 Minsk time.

The selection of candidates for the YTILI program is carried out by the Public Diplomacy Section of the U.S. Embassy in Belarus with support from American Councils for International Education. Short-listed candidates will be invited for an interview.
