Graduate Students Advising Program (GSAP)
Graduate Students Advising program (GSAp) is a cohort advising 5-month program for final year bachelors' students and professionals that assists them in applying to graduate (MA and PhD) or postgraduate programs in the U.S. The training program is intended to provide up-to-date systematized knowledge and build necessary practical skills for U.S. study at the graduate level with a particular focus on opportunities for receiving generous financial aid packages through a diversity of sources.
The program is conducted by EducationUSA staff, VSFS interns, program alumni, U.S. university representatives, and invited experts through a variety of learning methods, including interactive sessions and webinars, online discussions, readings, case studies, tests, and quizzes. Two cycles of the program are conducted each year, beginning in October and in March.
Application Process and Eligibility
Anyone at the time of application who is at least in their third year of an undergraduate program is eligible for participation. Students who have already completed their higher education may also be eligible. There is no age requirement or limit. Since most experts are native speakers of English, it is assumed that students are at least at the B2 level.
